Typical Healthy Bowel Eliminations
- A person should have a good bowel movement after every full meal that they consume
- The bowel movement should be easy without straining
- The movement should be very quick; no need to sit for a period of time on the stool.
- There should be no or very slight odor and the odor should not be offensive
- When wiping there should be no need for toilet paper
- The bowel movement should be large, well formed, firm and thick (not pencil-like)
- The bowel evacuation should sink to the bottom
Poor Elimination of the Bowel
- If the body does not properly eliminate its waste within 24 hours of the meal, then auto intoxication begins (a fancy term for self poisoning)
- Once stagnant fecal buildup occurs, the terrain (or environment) becomes a perfect breeding ground and home to various infective agents including parasites.
- When the stomach acid is right, the liver bile is right and the colon is healthy, the body can easily kill and eliminate many infective agents including parasites.
- The incubation period for parasites is typically 36 hours. The healthy bowel evacuation should be 24 hours. The typical American's bowel transit time is 96 hours.
- Detoxifying the bowel is indeed a very important issue in an effort to either restore health or maintain health.
- The most basic need for a healthy bowel and its evacuations is dietary fiber.
- Since the quality of even the organic fruits and vegetables grown in the United States, fiber intake is poor at best.
- We recommend a product a qualilty fiber from pristine lands without the existence of pesticides, herbicides and other very toxic residue and comes in both powder form and capsule form.
- Often a person when they begin to use cleanse blend, it is not unusual to pass stringy rope like stools and or large amounts of mucus and dark or foul-smelling fecal waste.
- Drinking ample amounts of water is important.
Constipation

- Constipation impairs mineral and nutrient absorption.

- NOTE: Diarrhea is really constipation with excessive gas production - the exceptions to this is when a person consumed something that they were allergic to or as a side effect of medications - both OTC and prescriptive
