FIRST TIME CLIENTS: First time clients must secure appointments with a credit or debit card. If you do not cancel within 24 hours, your card will be charged a "no show" fee of $50.00.
CANCELLATIONS: If you must cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance as a courtesy to our other clients and staff. If not, your credit card will be charged for that appointment. If a series was purchased, one session will be deducted. REMEMBER: NO SHOW, NO CALL, YOU FORFEIT. LATE ARRIVALS: If you arrive late to your appointment, your session time will be shortened and will end at the scheduled time so as to not inconvenience the next client. You can either receive a shortened session or pay for the appointment in full and reschedule. REFUNDS: There are no refunds for colon hydrotherapy, bodysculpting, or bodywraps purchases for any reason. EXPIRATIONS: You must use all of your sessions within the specified time on the intake form. [Series of 3 must be completed within 3 months from date of purchase, Series of 6, within 6 months]. Services are not transferable and will not be extended beyond the time period (unless prearranged). Gift certificates expire 1 year from the date of purchase. FORMS: If you provide your email address, the necessary forms will be emailed to you prior to your appointment. If you do not receive the form, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete the form in the office..
